Quality and reliability assurance process
The quality of semiconductor devices is defined by their conformance to specifications. Reliability is a measurement of how well devices continue to confirm to specifications over time. Both quality and reliability are influenced by incoming material, engineering design, and process control. MOSPEC performs approval tests for all newly developed and newly improved devices.
Process control procedures not only cover incoming material and process monitoring, but also apply to environmental control and final product reliability. Besides our strict quality and reliability controls, MOSPEC is always responsive to customer issues. Any devices failing to perform their designed function are analyzed, with the results fed back to processing and design personnel. At MOSPEC, customers always come first.
