Power supply systems are the core of all electronic equipment, responsible for converting alternating current (AC) to direct current (DC) or adjusting different voltage levels to provide stable energy for system operation. Key applications include AC-DC power converters, DC-DC modules, laptop and smartphone adapters, battery management systems (BMS), server power supplies, and uninterruptible power systems (UPS). The design focus in this field is on high conversion efficiency (reducing energy loss), high reliability (long-term stable power supply), thermal performance management (reducing component temperature rise), and increasing power density. With the increasing demand for green energy and high-efficiency power supplies, high-frequency power architectures using SiC (Silicon Carbide) and high-performance MOSFETs are becoming mainstream.
