Application Introduction:

Communication equipment includes mobile base stations, servers, data center power supplies, and networking equipment (Router / Switch / PoE systems). These systems require continuous, uninterrupted operation, demanding extremely high reliability, power density, and efficient thermal management. With the rapid development of 5G, cloud computing, and AI servers, communication equipment power design is evolving toward high-efficiency SiC solutions and higher frequencies. MOSFETs and SiC components are widely used in power conversion and Power Factor Correction (PFC) modules, while SBD / UFD provide high-speed rectification capabilities. Meanwhile, TVS and Zener protection components prevent damage to RJ45, PoE, and signal interfaces during lightning strikes or electrostatic discharge, ensuring communication quality and equipment stability.
