Quality
and Reliability Assurance Process
The
quality of semiconductor devices is defined by their conformance
to specifications. Reliability is a measurement of how well they
continue to confirm to specifications over time. Both quality
and reliability are influenced by incoming material, engineering
design, and processing control. MOSPEC performs approval tests
for all newly developed and newly improved devices.
Processing control
procedure not only covers incoming material and process monitoring,
but also applies to environmental control and final product reliability.
Besides our strict quality and reliability controls, MOSPEC is always
responsible for customer's complaint. Any devices failing to perform
their function will be analyzed, with the results being fed back
to processing and design personnel. At MOSPEC, customers always
come first.
